3. Generally, 8 times the width of the plate thickness of the notch is the choice of option. For bending 4mm sheet metal, the notch of about 32 should be selected.

4. Generally, there are electric quick adjustment and manual fine adjustment for back stop adjustment, and the method is the same as that of hydraulic shearing machine.

1. Whether variable devices are required: radial piston pump, axial piston pump and single acting vane pump are variable pumps.

2. Working pressure of hydraulic sheet bending machine: 31.5Mpa for piston pump pressure; 6.3MPa for vane pump pressure, up to 21MPa after high pressured; 2.5MPa for gear pump pressure, up to 25MPa after being highly pressured.

3. Working environment of hydraulic sheet bending machine: gear pump has good anti-pollution ability.

4. Noise index: low-noise pumps include internal gear pump, double acting vane pump and screw pump. The instantaneous flow of double acting vane pump and screw pump is uniform.

5. Efficiency: the overall efficiency of axial piston pump is high; the pump with the same structure and large displacement has high total efficiency.
