The CNC turret punch press will produce a stripping phenomenon. The workpiece sheet is stuck between the upper and lower turrets. In severe cases, the clamp will pull off the sheet or the clamp will feed the sheet, causing it to bend and deform or crash. Failure of guards, etc. Serious use failures caused by the strip material caused the workpiece plate to be scrapped and the machine tool was partially damaged. Therefore, the systematic research on the problem of feeding materials and the formulation of a series of preventive measures are systematic engineering that every CNC turret punch manufacturer will attach great importance to.
In the electrical control, if the movement control of the punch die and the movement control of the feeding is not coordinated, stripping will occur, that is, the feeding mechanism will start to move when the punch has not completely separated the upper die from the sheet material, thereby producing stripping. The problem of electrical control is easier to find and overcome because if there is a problem with the control program, the machine tool will produce strips as long as it works, which has repeatability and regularity. It can be solved by appropriately adjusting the control parameters inside the machine tool.
The key point of adjusting the control parameters of the CNC turret punch press is to ensure that the workpiece sheet should be within the relatively static zero speed tolerance range when the upper die is punched. The upper die assembly is completely reset upwards and the lower die. The feeding action of one position can be used, and the feeding failure caused by the feeding system's advanced feeding and the feeding system has not been completely reset after the punching of the upper die.
Control turret punch press has many reasons for strip material, which can be divided into two categories.
1. The return force of the compression spring between the upper mold and its pressing sleeve is insufficient so that the upper mold cannot be released from the sheet material in time for a reset. The material of the CNC turret punch press caused by this reason also has repeatability and regularity. This kind of problem needs to be solved with a better quality spring. The spring here needs to be of good material, moderate stiffness, and able to achieve a high service life.
2. Strips caused by the rebound of scraps: the scraps that should have fallen when the machine punched holes are rebounded from the upper die, half stuck in the sheet, half stuck in the pressing sleeve of the lower die or the upper die. The strip material caused by this reason has no obvious regularity, and it is easy to produce various misunderstandings and misconceptions.
The bounced waste material is very harmful even if it falls to the edge of the lower die. This will impact the double-layer sheet during the next punching, which will cause the rapid collapse of the die edge. Or even if it does not hit the waste, it may also deform the upper workpiece sheet pad. The jammed waste (which may be stuck in the lower mold or the upper mold) is stuck between the sheet and the mold like a pin, which will cause the clamp to fall off or bump the material.
