Pure aluminum flexible air duct making machine includes flexible air ducts made of metal, plastic-coated chemical fiber fabric, polyester, polyethylene, PVC film, aluminum foil and other materials.

The function of connecting the air duct at the inlet and outlet of the pure aluminum flexible air duct making machine is to prevent the resonance between air duct and fan from damaging the air duct insulation. In the ventilation and air conditioning system, the flexible air duct is generally made of canvas; in the ventilation system for transporting corrosive gas, it is made of acid-resistant rubber or 0.8 ~ 1mm thick PVC plastic cloth.

Through the infiltration of the whole pipe wall fiber into the air-conditioner, the air-conditioner layer is formed outside the pipe wall, so that there is almost no temperature difference between the inside and outside of the pipe wall, and the condensation problem is completely solved without the need of pipe insulation.

4： Easy to clean and maintain, healthy and environmental protection. It is convenient to dismantle, wipe and clean the pipeline, so as to improve the indoor air cleaning quality and meet the higher requirements of health and environmental protection.
