2. The working pressure of the tension oil cylinder is 15Mpa. According to the profile size of the profile, the required pressure is estimated, and the bending can be started after adjusting the pressure of the relief valve.

3. During the bending process of the profile bending machine, the speed of the boom cylinder is adjusted according to needs, and the throttle valve is used for adjustment. The speed of the two booms is not synchronized by adjusting the throttle.

4. During the work of the profile bending machine, the operator always controls the horizontal movement of the chuck, and should stand on the back side of the chuck to prevent the profile from breaking and hurting people, and observe the deformation, cracks, dents and other phenomena of the bending profile at any time.

5. When the profile bending machine is turned on, focus on observing all parts of the equipment, whether there is any abnormal phenomenon, whether the sound is normal, whether the pointer of the pressure gauge is flexible, prevent abnormal phenomena, and listen to the instructions of the chuck personnel at any time to start and stop the equipment.

6. The profile bending machine adjusts the position of the tension cylinder reasonably according to the length of the profile, so as not to extend the cylinder too long.

7. Change the splint according to the section size of the profile. Never switch on the motor when loading or unloading the splint.

8. Adjust the boom speed reasonably according to the thickness of the profile section and the radius. The profile section is large and the speed is small when the radius is small, otherwise it can be faster. Generally, the speed of the boom cylinder is controlled between 15-30mm / s and 20mm / s.
