The 2d cnc wire bending machine replaces manual work with machines, and can produce without straightening materials or opening molds. Whatever shapes customers need, as long as they are on a flat surface, the 2d CNC bending machine is able to manufacuture.
2d cnc wire bending machine is suitable to process iron wire, steel wire, stainless steel wire and non-ferrous metal wire (round, square, flat wire), as well as bend shapes of square, circle, hexagon, ellipse, irregular shape, various flat buttons, all kinds of hooks, etc.
(1) Shape structure layout
2d cnc wire bending machine adopts vertical design, exclusively used for moulding designs of round wire, flat wire, some special shapes of double wire heads, such as frame, star and other shapes. The hydraulic station and electrical box are integrated with the body of CNC hydraulic folding machine. The console is extended to the outside of the fuselage (by expanding the console surface), which is convenient for installation of the operating part, as well as convenient for transportation, operation and maintenance.
(2) Compression device
The clamping force given by hydraulic cylinders ensures that the wire does not slip when it is being bent to intense clamping state, so that the forming result is more desirable and the wire is not easily scratched.
(3) Forming accuracy control
It can be programmed to control the accuracy requirements of parts to meet the different molding requirements of different wires and shapes (the degree of restoration is high after restarting, and some control systems will deviate more after restarting).
(4) Memory system
Existing memory storage function can save the processing formula. Repeated processing only needs to directly call the formula to complete the wire forming process (up to 10,000 sets of product data can be saved).
(5) Control system
The 2d cnc wire bending machine has different function options, including manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic function options, which renders one machine and multiple purposes, as well as reduce equipment investment and production costs.
