Knife calibration safety operation
Before starting the machine, check whether there is any foreign matter on the machine tool and whether the electrical system of the machine tool is normal.
When the machine tool is used, the main power supply of the machine tool must be started first, and then other power supplies can be started.
When turning on the power, turn the power button until it doesn't move.
When selecting the die, the angle of the upper die should be less than or be equal to the angle of the lower die.
The knife mould shall be handled with care and shall not collide with other metal objects to avoid damage to the knife mould.
Before mold calibration, wipe the Vera fixture, and then place the knife mold on the workbench to wipe it. Pay special attention to the lower mold v.
There can be iron scraps and sundries, and it can be installed into the machine tool only after wiping them.
The upper and lower die should be staggered when the die clamp is used to calibrate the cutter rapidly.
It is not allowed to calibrate the mould with the length less than 300 mm.
During die calibration, when the distance between the upper die tip and the lower die V groove is relatively close (4-5mm), it is necessary to use slow rise mode, and we should pay close attention to the change of the pressure value. When the pressure reaches the set pressure at the origin, the D value will automatically return to zero.
After mold calibration, lower the worktable to the lowest point.
Safe operation of bending machine
In principle, single machine operation shall be carried out. When other people's assistance is needed due to work needs, personal safety shall be guaranteed. Before stepping on the foot pedal, be sure to remind the other party of unsafe actions, and then step on the foot pedal after confirmation.
During operation, it is not allowed to talk with others, and the spirit should be highly concentrated to prevent irrelevant personnel from entering the work area. Visitors are not allowed to enter the zebra crossing without permission.
After the machine tool is turned on, no part of the human body shall enter between the upper and lower dies of the machine tool.
During bending operation, gloves shall be worn on both hands, but not on small bending work.
During bending operation, hold the workpiece against the position, do not push hard to work, and keep the center of gravity stable.
When bending large workpieces, the bending speed shall be slowed down, and any part of the operator's body shall not exceed the bending movement range of workpieces.
In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button immediately. For the same machine tool, it is not allowed to install several kinds of cutter dies with different heights at a time.
During the use of the machine tool, it is not allowed to maintain the machine tool.
When adjusting or replacing the mould, if the hand is to be extended between the upper and lower moulds, the emergency button must be lowered or the oil pressure motor must be closed first, then the mould can be installed, and then the mould can be installed.
In the process of adjustment, the foot switch should be placed on the right side of the person to prevent danger of accidentally stepping on the switch.
After production, lower the workbench and turn off the oil pressure motor.
Mold maintenance
Before using the mould, check whether there are iron chips and dust on the surface of the mould.
Check whether the mold has nicks, cracks and impressions or not.
Check the mould for deformation and other damage.
Mold should be handled with care.
When the mould is large, it should be pulled with a cart to avoid injury or damage due to falling.
The tool edge collision of the die should be avoided when accessing the smaller die.
When the mould is installed into the mould clamp, it shall be lifted and leveled with the table to avoid collision between the mould and the mould clamp.
There shall be no iron chips or sundries (in V groove) on the cutting edge of the mould.
In the process of use, any scraps and sundries found shall be cleaned in time.
Store uniformly after use, and add anti rust oil regularly to avoid rusting.
During storage, the mould shall be placed in the designated position.
After each production, it should be wiped clean and then stored.
In case of rust, fine sand and oilstone shall be used for rust removal. Coarse sandpaper and other articles shall not be used. After rust removal, antirust oil shall be sprayed.
