Automatic duct production line II consists of decoiler, leveling, crimping, sharp-nozzle punching unit, square-nozzle punching unit and cutting unit. 

The standard configuration is the tip punching unit and square punching unit required for TDF flange conduits, and the square port punching unit can also be used to produce TDC flanges. The electrical control part adopts full servo control. The control system has a closed-loop feedback system with high processing and stability, and its maximum working speed is 16 m/min. Length error is ±0.5MM, diagonal error is ±0.8MM.
