From the perspective of cost, the cost of straight pipe sections is much less than that of various elbows. 2. Minimize the number of various reducers and joints with standard length straight sections.

Straight, standard length ducts are relatively inexpensive to manufacture because of their low processing costs and standard length straight ducts that can be produced on a white line in accordance with standard width steel coils. Any of the non-standard length rectangular ducts can be technically used as accessories because they cannot be made of standard coils. The spiral circular duct can be made to any length. The standard length of the elliptical duct is completely dependent on the processing standard of the metal processing plant. Some designers always think that in flat design of a duct system, it is possible to reduce the size of the duct section frequently, which seems to reduce one investment. But it's actually not. The allowable wind speed for the rectangular duct is generally low. With a round duct and a high air supply speed, significant investment savings can be achieved.
